Job Description OVERVIEW OF DUTIESTo gain new accounts while maintaining and prospecting established accounts under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales in coordination with the Sales Manager within the limits established by Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera policies & procedures oversee and implement all sales activities in his/her specific area of responsibility.Promotes his/her hotel to achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions to update with the different local markets.You are responsible for assisting Sales Manager, coordinating and implementing all aspects of social and wedding events to ensure successful events. Relationship building with all the current and prospective customers.Determine effective and productive sales programs.Relationship building with all the current and prospective customersUpgrade knowledge and awareness of the facilities provided by Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera.Assist the Sales Manager in the execution of sales plans and strategies.Identify prospects for sales deals within targeted markets of the assigned area /segment and also prepare and conduct sales presentations in coordination with the Sales Manager.Professionally conduct routine telemarketing activities to identify new clients for social and wedding events.Submit monthly and weekly sales plans and market analyses (monthly) as well as daily sales/activity reports.Attends and contributes to all meetings as required.Ensure to provide a courteous and professional service at all times.Handles guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow-up.Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.Work Experience Degree in public relations, communications, or hospitality.Communication and marketing skills.Project management experience.Good leadership skills.Highly Organized.Multi-tasker.Good time management.Proficiency in various event software.Expert interpersonal skills.Risk management experience.Benefits Attractive package.National and international opportunities in the ACCOR group.Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide for you and your family.Learning programs through our Academies are designed to sharpen your skills.Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities.Career development opportunities with national and international promotion opportunities.
